How to request a refund

• Include the email address used at checkout and the purchase date.
• Use the subject line “Refund request”.

Processing

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method. The time to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer.

After the guarantee period

Requests made after 30 days may be reviewed case by case, subject to the rules of the payment provider.
